Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Camila Cuadra, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following policy guidelines carefully.
1. Return and Exchange Period
You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We cannot process returns or exchanges for items received more than 30 days after delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been altered, damaged, washed, or show signs of wear.
Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Items:
- Gift Cards
- Underwear and Swimwear
- Personalized or Custom-made Items
- Clearance or Final Sale Items
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:
a. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number and reason for the return or exchange request.
b. Receive RMA Number: Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
c. Prepare Your Package: Securely package the item, including all original packaging, tags, and any accompanying documentation.
d. Label Your Package: Clearly write the RMA number on the package and attach the provided return shipping label (if applicable).
e. Ship Your Package: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error in your order.
4. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, follow the steps outlined in section 3. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. International Returns & Exchanges
For international returns and exchanges, please contact our customer service team for assistance. You may be responsible for additional shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes associated with international shipments.
